Yolanda Holloway
Yolanda Holloway is a graduate of Morgan State University in Baltimore, MD with a BA in English. She has a M.Ed in School Improvement Leadership, and a PhD in Education. She is a 20+ year educator with experiences spanning urban education, juvenile education, and rural education. She believes in equity and is an advocate for social change through the power of public education. She is currently a secondary principal who is driven by the concept of “Servant Leadership" with a published article in the May 2020 edition of the National Association of Secondary School Principal’s Magazine entitled “Leading with Compassion.” Yolanda has been married for 16 years and has 2 daughters.
Her interests include listening to 90s R&B and Hip Hop, doing community service projects with her sorority, and reading historical romance novels. She loves history and believes that we should always challenge what's "always been done."
